✅Duration Option:
Series 2.5 Teflon
-Standard Warranty: 6 months
-Extended Warranty: Add RM13.90 for additional 6 months no crack warranty

Series 2.75 Graphite
-Standard Warranty: 6 months
-Extended Warranty: Add RM17.90 for additional 6 months no crack warranty

Series 3.0 T700 Raw Carbon
-Standard Warranty: 1 year
-Extended Warranty: Add RM22.90 for additional 6 months no crack warranty

What's Covered?
-Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship
-Delamination or structural failures
-Handle breakage due to normal usage

What's NOT Covered?
-Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, minor surface chips)
-Damage from improper use (eg: hitting the ground, exposure to extreme heat)
-Unauthorized modifications or repairs
-Edge guard or grip wear and tear

Who is Eligible?
-Customer who purchase from authorized retailers, online store or directly from VetraXX
-Proof of purchase required (invoice, order ID, receipt)

2. Warranty Claim Process

Submit a Warranty Claim:

Proof of Purchase:

  • To claim warranty, provide a receipt or order confirmation to verify your purchase date and eligibility. Our team review the claim (respond within 3-5 working days).

Return Process (if needed):

  • If your product qualifies for a warranty claim, contact our customer service team for guidance. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Evaluation & Resolution: After receiving your return, we’ll assess if the issue is covered under warranty.

  • Approved & Replace: If a valid defect, send replacement paddle.
  • Repair & Return (optional): If feasible, repair and return the paddle.
  • Discount on new paddle: If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer discount for new paddle.
